Customer Centre is a set of tools and means for issuing and administrating cards in the fare collection system.
Smart Cards have their life cycle, which begins in the Customer Centre
by issuing them to their owners. Cards are personalized both visually
and electronically. | After it has been issued, the card is ready for operation in the fare collection system. The card carries season ticket, e-purse, or other external applications that can be stored on it. Customer Centre takes care of all operations connected with issuing and blocking cards, including claims and complains. Personal access of the Customer Centre to passengers is enhanced with information items that are a suitable supplement to personal communication with client. |
