 We have included the module of reservation system that enables
reservation of tickets in coaches as one of the components of EMLINES
system. It is an application that, using terminal or web interface,
performs seat reservations. Architecture of this module is set so that individual reservations are
registered with a central server from which these are simply
distributed to transport providers with complete lists of reservations
for individual vehicles or lines. Reservation system module intelligently monitors maximum number of tickets in vehicles depending on the number of passengers in the given destination. As well as other parts of the system, reservation system module, too, is connected to other components of EMLINES system. That is why it is possible to generate quality management reports as well as to create analyses that serve for coaches management and thus increase operation efficiency. |
